Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Will I feel claustrophobic?

At InsideOut Hyperbaric + Wellness, we have two different styles of hyperbaric chambers to allow for the most comfortable experience, even for our patients with claustrophobia.

Can I get out of the oxygen chamber by myself?

Our oxygen chambers are designed to be “single player” units. Meaning, at any time, the patient can release the pressure, unzip and unlatch, and exit the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

How long will my session last?

We start new therapy patients at 60 minutes and work them up to the 90-minute plateau. This is done to avoid hyperoxia (too much oxygen).

How many sessions will I need?

We tailor service programs based on the individual patient’s needs.

After my initial session, will I need to continue to use HBOT?

Depending on the health condition you are trying to correct, you may need a maintenance HBOT session once or twice a month. But because of the amazing effects of angiogenesis (the forming of new blood vessels into damaged areas), neurogenesis (the forming of new nervous system cells), and the release of stem cells, the major underlying damage in the body is healed. Most patients never need follow up treatments.

Are there any side-effects from the treatment?

During HBOT, sometimes the patients notice mild ear pain as pressure increases. This is alleviated by our professionally trained staff, who understands the importance of slow climbs in barometric pressure.

How do people typically feel after a treatment?

Patients typically will share they feel rejuvenated and a sense of well-being. They have higher energy levels and less inflammation and pain. Athletes report quicker recovery from injuries (less sore).

What should I wear in the Hyperbaric Chamber?

Since our hyperbaric chambers are not made of metal, the risk of static spark and fire is extremely minimized by the flow of air in and out of the oxygen chamber. You can wear whatever clothing that will allow you to have the most comfort while healing inside our chambers.

Stem Cell Therapy

What are Stem Cells?

Stem cells are the fundamental building cell of the body that can transform into more specialized cells in the body. Stem cells help produce and regenerate new cells that form different tissues in the body such as bone, nerve, muscle and blood.

How does it work?

Stem cells are administered by injection to an injured part of the body.  Once infused, stem cells begin to graph and grow to replace damaged tissue in the body. The proper use of diet and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy promote healthy growth of stem cells leading to faster and better recovery.

What kind of Stem Cells does InsideOut use?

We only use amniotic stem cells which is known to be more concentrated than adult stem cells and provides less chance of body rejection because of the early stage of the stem cell. Amniotic stem cells have naturally occurring anti-inflammatories and contain growth factors that enhance growth.

Is Stem Cell Therapy safe?

Although there is always some risk with any medical procedure, stem cell therapy has been used for decades by medical professionals to help patients recover from injuries better and more quickly. We ensure that our stem cells are PCR screened against all known pathogens at the screening lab for quality and safety.
